In close proximity to Potsdam, in the first row on the Havel with a view of the popular island of Werder, this project with retail space, restaurant and office space with a total of approx. 4,702 m² of rentable space was created in 1999.

The former brewery was acquired by the Gokom Group in 2018 and currently has a total return on capital of 6% p.a. During this time, the annual net cold rent was increased by 8% and new long-term contracts were concluded. The project is designed for a holding period of three years.
